Abstract: This workshop facilitates the exchange of knowledge derived from research on Gen Z’s career expectations, focusing on women scholars. We aim to provide a platform for Gen Z women scholars to articulate their daily challenges, enabling administrators to understand their perspectives better and embrace inclusivity organically. The expected outcomes of this workshop include increasing the visibility of the Gen Z scholars by serving as mentors, providing a platform to the administrators to enhance their understanding of the struggles that Generation Z women scholars face, and bridging the communication gap, thus aligning their expectations.
