Abstract: Cyberbullying victimization, its impact, and resulting effects have been the subject of a plethora of studies and research. One area however that has received inadequate attention relates to cyberbullying in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to shed light on the causes and impact of cyberbullying in the workplace, by the means of a scoping literature review. Results indicated that gender, age, and work position instigated cyberbullying while job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover rate were impacted by cyberbullying in the workplace.
