Mihee Park (mimipark2023@gmail.com) is pursuing her Ph.D. in the Workforce Education and Development program at Penn State University. There are several interrelated areas of inquiry characterize Mihee’s research: human capital and workforce development and assessment, women leadership development, and benefits and obstacles of diversity in organization. She has extensive qualitative and quantitative methodological skills in the area of economics. Prior to joining Penn State, she worked as a researcher and program coordinator for the official development aid (ODA) projects for Southeast Asian countries and regional development in South Korea.
