Dr. Doo Hun Lim is a professor in the Adult and Higher Education Program at the University of Oklahoma, USA. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He teaches OD, T&D, and evaluation courses at the graduate level. His primary research interests include: cross cultural comparison of HRD curriculum, integration of learning and knowledge management, generational studies focusing on knowledge management, and cross cultural organizational issues impacting workplace performance.
