Seung-Hyun (Caleb) Han is a lecturer at the department of business administration, central state university. His research interests lie in integration of learning technology and knowledge management to enhance organization performance. He received Ph.D. degree from University of Illinois and holds master degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations. Prior to his academic career, he worked at Samsung Economic Research Institute and Korea Labor Central Institute in Korea.
