Abstract: This focus session aims to create a space for HRD scholars interested in remote work or hybrid work arrangements as an organizational practice and how they may impact employee engagement, teamwork, work-life balance, productivity, creativity, etc. Together, we will create a community of practice that works together to examine how organizational policies and procedures leverage the benefits of remote work and office work and mediate the disadvantages.
