Sehoon Kim (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor of Human Resource Development in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota, Twin-Cities. He earned his doctoral degree from Texas A&M University. He had worked in various industries in South Korea and the United States as a human resources professional and a consultant. His research interests include employee well-being, talent development, and national/international human resource development.
