Oleksandr Tkachenko is a doctoral student in Human Resource Development (HRD) at the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, University of Minnesota, U.S. Oleksandr is a recipient of the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship (U.S. Department of State, 2004-2006). Prior to joining his PhD program, Oleksandr worked as a trainer, manager, and consultant in Ukraine and in the Netherlands. His research interests include international HRD, organization development, workplace learning, and leadership development. Oleksandr has published articles in such journals as Human Resource Development International, Journal of Workplace Learning, and Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi (HRM/ZZL).
