Yu-Ling (Abby) Chang, Certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Advanced Practitioner in Hope-Action Theory and Practice, is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development and Counselor Education at Penn State University. Abby has a decade of work experience in talent assessment, training and development, and financial technology (FinTech). Her diverse expertise in economics, psychology, and data analytics enable her to converge interdisciplinary knowledge in advancing the field of HRD and OD. Her recent research has largely focused on leveraging technology and data analytics to empower people and organizations to change, grow, and realize their full potential as unique beings.
